Julieta Grodensky was born in the stunning city of Mendoza, Argentina, to a big and loving Spanish family. At the age of six, she and her mother embarked on a new adventure by moving to New York City and becoming U.S. citizens after relocating to Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school, she joined the United States Marine Corps with the intention of giving back to a country that provided so many opportunities to her and her family. She served as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Martial Arts Instructor at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. While in the service, she married her wonderful husband, Tyler, and then both moved back to Pennsylvania.
After her military service, Julieta was searching for a new purpose and direction. She began practicing yoga at home thanks to the vast library of YouTube classes created by Yoga with Adrienne. After gaining confidence, she started practicing at local studios and quickly realized she wanted to dive deeper into yogic philosophy. Julieta became a certified yoga instructor after completing her 200-hour Teacher Training with Stephani Johnston, owner of Free Spirit Yoga. She was blessed with the opportunity to start her teaching journey immediately by teaching for Lindsay Helt, owner of Wild + Free Power Yoga. While there, she got the opportunity to complete a 200-hour teacher training with Jesse Cassady, owner of The Grateful Yoga. Most recently, Julieta completed Embodied Practice: 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training with Talia Sutra, owner of Love And All Is Coming.
