Kelsi is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, having completed her training with Jesse Cassady of The Grateful Yoga. She approaches her classes much like she approaches life: with an open heart, clear intentionality, and an eagerness to remain a lifelong student.
With over 12 years of practice, Kelsi is deeply grateful for the wisdom, connection, and mindfulness yoga has brought into her life. Through movement and meditation, she has gained a deeper understanding of herself and the world around her, viewing her mat as a sacred safe space. She brings her full self—emotions, tensions, and sensations—to the practice, using both movement and stillness to navigate the “wild ride” of life.
In her classes, Kelsi strives to hold a space rooted in acceptance and love, free from judgment. Her thoughtfully curated playlists serve as a guide, encouraging students to drop into their bodies and feel more deeply.
Outside of the studio, Kelsi is an HR Manager and a dedicated “fur mama” to her Border Collie and two cats. She is an avid traveler, she especially loves exploring National Parks—where you’ll often find her flowing in front of a beautiful vista, fueled by the belief that yoga truly happens everywhere, not just on the mat.
